Didn’t get what you were looking for for christmas?  We’ll the Transformer BBQ red competition trailer is now for sale.  The trailer is great, and is actually the perfect rig for doing contests.  Truth of the matter is my team has been doing a shortened number of contests, and usually doesn’t stay on site.  While the rig is great, its big for what has become at times a one person operation.  Here are the details.. email gear@transformerbbq.com  for price or if you have any questions.

Inside will include the commercial stainless three bay sink, 40 gallon fresh water holding tank (for contests like harvard that don’t have running water– otherwise the system hooks into a hose).  On demand hot water heater, the fridge, the stainless table, the NSF storage racks, as well as the locking cabinet that is mounted on the wall.  It will also include the Gladiator (garage storage) system that I put on in September, as well as the external wheeled gray water tank.
